Iu2019m honestly shocked to be writing this, but I had a great customer experience at Aspen Dental. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.nnThe environment was welcoming, and the staff were not only helpful but actually engaged in real conversation, which made the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. I am very impressed with the neatness and friendliness of the receptionist at the front desk, who happened to be black. I apologize for not getting the name. The dentist is also nice and takes the time to listen to and answer my concerns and questions. I had a filing done and it was done perfectly. Lastly, the billing receptionist was pleasant and friendly. Also, she would explain the billing cost as honestly as possible.nFound a better dental place to care for my teeth after I moved from Laurel.

Truly amazing experience! The staff is kind and patient. Dr. Janelle was awesome. Operations Lead Laney explained all the options and the next steps I need to take to bring my smile back. Aspen Dental was a great experience!! I Hadn't been to the dentist in 6-8 years to to the fact that medicare does not offer insurance and out of pocket was just to expensive for me. I had a very badly broken tooth and another one hurting. I had been passing by there since they opened, so I finally just stopped by to see what they offered. The front desk girl was so friendly and nice I decided to make an appointment. The staff is wonderful. I was so embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. They put me at ease so quickly. Now I am looking forward to going back so I can get my smile back!!!
