I had such a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and professional. I went in for a cleaning, and Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. You can really tell she cares about her patients. Looking forward to my next visit!!

Felt very taken care of, and everything was explained to me in a thoughtful caring manner. I felt like I was in good hands with everyone from the actual exams to the finicial discussion after. I don’t write reviews but this felt necessary. I drove over an hour to the Hudson NY Aspen Dental because of the great reviews and it was absolutely worth it. I came in with extreme tooth pain and a lot of anxiety from past dental trauma, but the entire team made me feel seen, safe, and cared for.nnI was greeted with a smile, and even though there was a short wait, the receptionist kept checking in and apologizing. The dental assistant was incredibly kind and supportive, walking me through every step and helping me feel comfortable during my full X-rays. The dentist I saw was very patient, and reassuring. I never felt rushed or dismissed which hasn’t happened to me at any other practice.nnA special shout-out to Nelson, the regional manager, who personally sat down with me to explain my treatment plan and costs in full detail. He answered every single question (which were a lot!) without frustration and genuinely cared to hear my feedback when I shared a previous negative experience at another location. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and empathy in action. He truly goes above and beyond.nnIf you’re someone who’s nervous about going to the dentist, this is the office to visit. I left feeling heard, respected, and hopeful, and that’s not something I thought I’d ever say about a dental appointment.

Had an emergency visit with Aspen Dental and even though I was not a regular patient they were just wonderful. They welcomed me, got me in within a few hours and were professional and helpful. The Doctor George was excellent and calming. They are knowledgable, helpful and very accommodating. The office was extremely nice, clean and pleasant. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Hudson, NY!!

Aspen Dental in Hudson, NY was very helpful for my son who needed emergency treatment. Speaking on the phone and in person, April explained everything and made us feel at ease. Very personable. Made a bad experience much more bearable.
