I went in today and honestly I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have really extreme anxiety around going to the dentist and they were so incredibly accommodating. Taking things slow, explaining everything in detail, and even telling me that I was doing a great job and they were proud of me. I don't have dental insurance but the first visit was only $29 and I discovered things wrong with my oral health that I had no idea about (but definitely notice once it was pointed out). The woman who helped me with the financial plan was absolutely wonderful and so so sweet, she charged my phone for me and brought me a snack when I was stressing out about money. She helped me set up a payment plan that I can actually afford instead of having to pay for everything upfront because again, I am uninsured and (like a lot of people right now) really struggling financially. I'm a full time college student working two jobs to support myself. I told them I was embarrassed about my teeth/smile and they asked specific questions so that I was getting care that was tailored to me instead of random recommendations I didn't care about. I didn't feel pressured into getting things that weren't necessary and I genuinely genuinely felt like they cared about me as an individual and cared about making sure I felt safe and comfortable. There was 0% judgement and 100% empathy. I would recommend them to everyone in my life.

Great service! I walked in without an appointment at 4:20 pm with an inflamed tooth and they actually helped me! Nice staff. The doctor looked at the tooth and said he would stay after the regular closing time and fix the problem. He said he didn’t want to send me home in such pain, AWESOME SERVICE! The cost was reasonable too. Thank you Aspen.

The entire staff was very friendly. If you have dental anxiety, I encourage you to make an appointment. They were able to get me in immediately, assuage any concerns, and give me a good action plan for my teeth. They do a great job at breaking down each cost and are also understanding that many offerings are expensive — there was zero pressure to try and get me to purchase anything that I couldn’t afford at the moment, and they were sure to break down why it could be beneficial in the future.

I had a loose tooth that was driving me crazy couldn’t eat. I called them made an appointment. We got me in within two days which was fabulous. The doctor was very conscientious. The staff was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in the Manhattan area.
