This office is great!! The Doc is amazing and so is his staff. They do an exceptional job and are very quick to correct anything that is wrong. They are really friendly and actually seem to care. When my insurance reached their Max payout for my dental implants they applied discounts to my treatment plan and saved me allot of money!! This is hands down the best place to go for dental work.

There was a hiccup in confirming my appointment, but once it got worked out, with the help of Maddie (at the front desk), everything went well. The x-ray tech, Britany was efficient, and the dentist knowledgeable and helpful. For payment plans Fran encouraged me to apply, which I qualified.nThank you everyone for your excellent service.

I now have a lower full arch permanently installed— It’s is life changing.nnThe journey was rough getting here though. The office where I began was going through a series of temporary doctors and communication was awful. The temporary denture was ill fitting, looked ridiculous being bright white, and was so painful I could not wear it. I spent two extra months in that state because of the disconnect between the changing doctors.nnBut then I switched over to the Waynesboro office and my experience with them has been extraordinary. The staff is professional and pleasant, I can always reach the office, and the communication has been excellent. The doctor really listened to what I was hoping for, changed the plan from snap on and off to permanent, and designed the denture with the tech to look completely natural, and the staff lightened my upper teeth to match. He was clearly an expert in this area and handled everything beautifully. I am so grateful!
