Considering my age and the number of dentists I have visited over the years I can honestly say the staff at Citracado is by far the most gracious and friendly and calming staff I have ever had to deal with. Not only are they professionals and efficient but they go above and beyond the norm.. I was very happy to know that this office is very conscious about keeping everything germ free and is always looking to make the customer comfortable. The office is even laid out so you don’t get lost..I am so glad my friend recommended them.. I am beyond satisfied with Citracado Dental!!

She was an absolute sweetheart over the phone and took the time to walk me through the entire process. She’s professional, understands time management and scheduling, and somehow manages to get you in fast. I told you I got you, Alma 😁nnWhen I arrived, I was greeted by Maribel, who was just as kind and welcoming. She didn’t hesitate to answer any of my questions and made me feel comfortable right away.nnShortly after, a staff member gave me a full tour of the office and helped with my X-rays. She showed me each room and explained the instruments being used—which was honestly fascinating. I had no idea how advanced dental technology has become. These people truly know their stuff.nnOne thing that really stood out to me is that they’re a family business, which means a lot to me. I had a great conversation with Nick, who explained my situation thoroughly and broke down everything related to my tooth in a way that actually made sense. That conversation genuinely changed my perspective on how important dental care and cleanings are to living a healthy, happy life. He’s a good man.nnMy hygienist (I believe her name was Kim) was incredibly kind and clearly very well trained. Her movements were precise, and she consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. I really appreciated that.nnToward the end of my visit, Edith walked me through my payment plan in a private room, away from other patients—which I absolutely loved. That level of privacy shows real respect and common courtesy. I don’t want anyone overhearing my financial information, and they handled that perfectly.nnBottom line: don’t waste your time at other dental clinics. My daughter had chipped her from tooth in half from an accident at 4:00 on a Friday. I called countless dentists and most were already closed! I left messages and finally a friend recommended Dr. Nick. When I called they were open and even offered to stay and see my daughter after hours that night even though we weren't a regular patient. We opted to go in the next morning on Saturday as they were open! Dr Nick and staff were so kind and gentle and was able to fix her tooth in less than 2 hours start of visit to end. And the fees were very reasonable for an emergency. Her tooth looks great and we can't even tell her tooth was damaged. I highly recommend this office just for their hours alone. Why are so many offices closed early on a weekday and closed on weekends. Dental emergencies happen.

This dentist came highly recommended but at least 5 of my friends and they sure exceeded my expectations. They got me in same day for a painful tooth. The whole staff was incredibly kind and friendly. My treatment options were thoroughly explained and all of my questions were answered. My financial options were provided. Though my credit is questionable, I was quickly and easily approved through Cherry, relieving some of the associated stress with the visit. The procedure was performed without complications and I was kept as comfortable as possible, from the oral nerve blocks to the tv available for distraction while treatments were happening. Post op instructions and appointments were explained in detail. The office was incredibly clean and organized. The friendliness of the staff and comfortable vibe in the office made the visit a little less scary. Special shoutout to Dr Anna and her wonderful staff who helped throughout my time in the office. We wish we would have found Citracado dental sooner! They are awesome! Dr. Anna is amazing and really cares about her patients. She has made our teenage daughter feel welcome, comfortable and so excited to get some dental work done. We couldn’t recommend Citracado dental more!
