All of the staff is great. Person who helped me with my payment and treatment planning was great. They helped coordinate a last minute tooth extraction for me. I visited them in 2024 and lost my insurance shortly after, however, their staff went above and beyond to accomodate me and made me feel like I was VIP. I almost went with another provider, but didn't. I am so glad I didn't! Give them all a raise, especially the people who set me up with Sorrento Valley appt for last minute wisdom teeth extraction when I couldn't wait until 1/16. You all rock!

They squeezed me in and I’m so grateful. On Christmas, an onlay of one of my teeth dislodged. I have a new job and new insurance and hadn’t yet found my new dentist. Finding an open dental office with available appointments was challenging. I was so scared to try a new dentist but it was urgent. They got me in and wow. They were the sweetest, most efficient dental crew I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this dental group. They explained everything very well. Great job, Gentle Dental team!

My tooth broke and I was so worried about the upcoming weekend, but when I called in the morning, they were able to work me in! I love the team here, so warm and friendly! They help alleviate my dental anxiety that I have had for decades! I will keep coming here for all my dental needs, and recommending all my friends and family! Giselle and Wendy at the front desk are the friendliest faces, Kate is the best hygienist in the world, Diana is a ray of sunshine, Jose has an excellent bedside manner, Dr Kallous is a magician among men!
