I can't say enough about the Aspen Dental West Ashley team! I was greeted by Sakina who made a great first impression. Jade took me back and put me at ease during my scanning and x-rays. I have huge tori's but Jade got me through this step with such compassion. Kat then took over and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After meeting Dr. Iulo, I was convinced that becoming a new patient of this practice was a good decision. I appreciate you and will see you after my root canal consult with Dr. Steinkruger.

I can’t tell you how satisfied I am. We have been through so much with my husband’s dentures. Affordable Dentures charged us $11000 for some fake looking, ill fitting dentures that broke into pieces in less than a year. Then when we went back to have them fixed and they blamed the break on my husband and charged us over $400 for the fix. The dentures proceeded to break 3 more times in the span of a year and a half before we found Aspen Dental. On our first visit to Aspen we were impressed, but cautious. They assured us that the dentures are guaranteed and if we were unhappy for any reason we could get our money back. We decided to move forward since he was essentially without teeth. To our amazement, the price of the new dentures was way LESS THAN HALF of what we had paid for the first pair. During the wax process when they make trial dentures to try on to make sure that you like them, they took them back 3 times to make sure that we were completely happy with the look and fit. The other place never did that even once. ASPEN made sure that we were completely happy before they proceeded to make the dentures. Fast forward to try-on day. Time went by and my insurance changed… this is 1 week after the new year. The new insurance didn’t cover the dentures. I’m sick just knowing that this is going to be thousands. When Dr. Robert Iulo came in he said, “I heard about your insurance. I am going to write a narrative to the original insurance company that made the original claim and explain the situation. Hopefully they will concede to pay. If they don’t, we will right it off. You won’t be held responsible for the difference.” I was floored. I have never experienced such graciousness before. This is definitely the best treatment we have ever received from a “business.” Not to mention my husband looks like his old self again and he can say “S’s” without a lisp! LOL

This was my First time coming here. Service was amazing and NOT ONCE felt rushed. Jade helped me out and made the whole visit comfortable and easy .. A sweetheart This will definitely be my dentist from here on out.

When I started with Aspen dental 5 years ago my experience was not a good one when I walked out the door I said I was never going back.Had a bad tooth that was hurting,long story short went back to Aspen dental and saw that there was some changes made I decided to give them a second chance and boy was I amazed the team was so wonderful so courteous and very helpful I walked out this time very happy and not disappointed at all. Each and every team member make sure that I was happy and satisfied and that everything was comfortable before I left. So five stars to the whole team grate job 😁
