The whole team at this Aspen dental is amazing. By far the best dental experience I’ve had. I would highly recommend the Marion team to any and everyone. Tiara and Angie were so willing to help with any questions I had. They also truly cared about making the experience as comfortable as possible for me. They are the best! I can’t say enough good things about the whole team. Thank you for the amazing work you guys did for me!

Everyone I encountered was amazing. I was a little nervous going in. Had a previous bad experience at a different Dental office. Harrison was very kind and made sure I was OK during my x-rays. Mariessa made me feel relaxed and walked me through what was happening. Dr. Liu was very patient and assured me they would get me taken care of. Brittany was so helpful and explained my insurance benefits. She set my mind at ease and made me feel very welcomed. Overall fantastic visit. I look forward to coming back.

Staff is pretty friendly. Was my first apt but it went super quick, the lady at check-in was helpful, the x-ray technician was patient, and doctor was empathetic when with me. The weird part is when you get to the payment options and costs thats when it gets real looooong and drawn out with almost like a sales pitch and its like come on can't we just get 2 the meat of it lol. Was already freaking out about the cost due to needing teeth pulled and dentures.nHad my second and third apt and was soo much of a better experience, all thanks to Angie too! Angie is very helpful, informative, compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable, and just all around so much more comfortable to talk to to have the financials explained. There was an added $500 from what the original financial advisor had but Angie explained the situation and I totally get it now. I still have my extractions and dentures to do so I will follow up on how that goes. Overall staff is friendly and supportive. Nice atmosphere when you don't feel like someone is trying to sell you bs. Thank you guys ex *Angie*!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Aspen Dental in Marion IL was better than I ever expected a dental experience could be. Dr Rangitsch extracted my teeth and did an excellent job. My teeth were all rotting out.They started to crumble away with my first pregnancy and continued to rot away over the years, until I had them extracted. I was concerned they’d have to surgically remove some of them since they were broken off at the gum. He was able to extract all of what I had without any problems and it only took him 10 minutes. Now I’m half way through the process of getting my permanent Dentures. The whole process has been a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr Rangitsch for any of your dental needs. I also had the pleasure of having two dental assistants that was excellent in what they do. They were very polite, caring and very professional. They always made my visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lexie & Harrison for recognition of jobs well done! I will miss seeing everyone at the Marion IL location. I’m relocating to Florida.
