The day of the procedure, they were removing my temporary crown (which my prior dentist was supposed to only temporarily adhere the crown) so they didn\u2019t have to drill through it, but it turns out my prior dentist accidentally permanently adhered it. They tried everything they could to remove it so it didn\u2019t have to be drilled through, and they even asked me first before proceeding with drilling to make sure I was informed and had the choice. They also made sure to document EVERYTHING thoroughly about the situation with the crown and even contacted my prior dentist about it. Because of that I won\u2019t have to be charged by my old dentist for a new crown since there\u2019s documentation. They were also very understanding and comforting that I was stressed about the procedure, considering I metabolize anesthetics VERY quickly. They made sure I was taken care of the entire time, which helped a lot. I often get anxiety attacks with these types of procedures and they were very kind and comforting.
