Went here on Saturday! Dr. Aba/Ala was very professional when giving me my exam and told me exactly what I needed to do. I really appreciate the time he took working on me. Didn’t feel rushed and I felt like my concerns were heard and understood. The ladies at the front desk were so polite and welcoming! So thank you both! I also want to shout out Ashley. She was so helpful and informative about the questions I had. Thanks Ashley! Her and all of the dental assistants/ dental techs were kind and made sure I was comfortable. The place was clean. Wait times were short. Definitely will come back here to address future needs. They stick to their appointment times which I appreciate. Their professionalism did not go unnoticed. Really great dental office!

I was in on Tuesday 12/9 and Patrice (black woman w/curly braids, describing her as I’m not sure if I have her name correct) was the dental assistant. She was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was excellent, she had a warm energy in addition to being very knowledgeable. She completed my temporary crown with so much ease and there was no discomfort! I was done in no time! I receive good customer service whenever I come in for a visit but this was by far the best experience I’ve had!

Jen, the hygienist, at Family Dental Care on 92nd by Commercial Ave was absolutely amazing. First time seeing her at this clinic And The experience was great. She was very informative I’m by my keys and even offer On how to improve The quality of. Hi assistant that was with her. Great. Very nice and professional when she brought me in the Mac as well as discharging me. I’ll see her in six months.

I received excellent service from Family Dental Care on 92nd St. They made sure I was comfortable even though I had an invasive procedure. I had to have a deep cleaning. I was educated by Vicky, Michaela, and Sandra about proper Dental Care. I have one more treatment to go, and I will be all set for a while. It was not bad at all. There was no pain just the irritation of the shots for numbing.nnI highly recommend them. Plus, they were very organized and timely.
