I woke up on a Friday morning with major pain radiating in my lower jaw. I drove to Aesthetic Family Dentistry in tears looking for help. The pain was so bad I couldn’t even tell what tooth was the culprit. I’m not a patient there but saw a sign while driving by that said new patients welcomed. Full disclosure I have a big fear of dentist, and was over due by a year and half for a cleaning & exam. I walked in before they were even open for the day. The office staff immediately reassured me they would get me into be seen. They took me in to an exam room with a few minutes and Dr horn numbed my mouth and took x-rays. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. They were able fit me into their schedule that day! Dr Musi performed my procedure along with the technician kourtnie. They were professional and made sure my comfort was the number one priority. The office even has a comfort menu with items you can ask for like eye masks and blankets. I came back a week later for my crown placement. They make the crowns right there in the lab in the office. My appointment was super quick and again Dr Musi and Kourtnie were fantastic. If you have a fear of the dentist and have been avoiding going (like me) this is the place for you!

First of all when I found Dr Horn 6 or 7 years ago I was deathly afraid of the dentist. I hadn't been in a decade after a really bad experience. I was so nervous to get in that chair my hands were shaking! Dr horn not only made me feel confident but after that first appointment I knew I would never go to another dentist again! From the ladies at the front desk making me feel like more then a customer to sitting in that chair knowing I'm in good hands I'm no longer afraid of the dentist and have zero anxiety seeing that appointment on my calendar. Thank you Dr Horn. Truly. You've made me proud to smile and every single time I look in the mirror I appreciate you and your staff there for what you do.nnIf your looking for a good dentist you won't be happier with your decision to call and get on their schedule.

Such a friendly efficient knowledgeable office. I felt at ease. The dentist assessed issues, and has expertise in most recent treatments.nThe office followed up on getting my records from my former dentist. The hygegenitist cleaning was the most thorough I've ever experienced. She shared tips and options for dental care products. Office is in a very convenient location.

The Hygienist I had today was not my usual one and she was absolutely fantastic. I was relaxed the entire time and the cleaning went quickly without any issues. She conducted herself professionally and she is a credit to your practice.

This office is the best in the area, great doctors, assistants, and hygienists. Front staff is nice. My only complaint AND concern is how Dr.Horn allows a rude and disrespectful employee to handle patient needs. Diane you are nothing but arrogant. You humiliated me after my appointment and I bet several others. What happened to professionalism??? Shame on you for coming to work (a very vulnerable place for me and your other patients) with disgusting attitude towards everyone. This is upsetting! Do better…
