I had a great experience with Dr. Chen. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting treatment. I felt comfortable throughout the visit, and the procedure went smoothly with minimal discomfort. The office was clean, efficient, and the staff was friendly. I really appreciate her attention to detail and honesty in discussing my treatment options. Highly recommend!

Such a great office! Front office was really accommodating and friendly. The hygienist was really gentle with cleaning my teeth. The office manager, Jocelyn, was very professional and and helped with any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back:)

This clinic is alsome, I hardly felt anything, I had two teeth pulled and was anxious about it, but it worked out fine. They even put me on affordable payment plan. I am a senior, I couldn't find a better dentist clinic than this.

We have taken my special needs, autistic daughter to many different pediatric dentists over the years and none have been as kind and made as much progress with her as what we've experienced here at the norco gentle dental. For a tired special needs mom the nuturing tone they use with both her and I, even when she's being really difficult, has touched my heart and makes me feel like I have a team of support. They've even gotten her to do a few xrays and more of the check up and cleaning then we've ever been able to get her to cooperate with - this means that multiple people on their team had this same sweet, patient way about them. Kindness goes a long way for me and we get that here. Our past dental experiences have been so rough, and I rarely do reviews but wanted to because I'm so grateful to have found a team who is so great and wanted to point other parents like me towards this dentist.

I went to get a deep cleaning today and I was all prepared for how much it was going to hurt but, it hardly hurt at all! My dental hygienist, Sandra was excellent! I even told her I wanted an alternative to fluoride and she had one for me!nnPlus, I have an adult special-needs daughter that is a patient as well, and Sandra remembered her and wondered when she was coming in again. They’ve been very sweet and kind and gentle with her, which is super helpful because when she was younger, we used to have four adults hold her down so we could get her dental work done or she would have to be put under general anesthesia! So I really appreciate that we don’t have to do that anymore!
