This is the first dentist I’ve had that genuinely made me understand what was wrong, and what I needed to have it fixed. No bullcrap, no filler, no hindrances. There was a long wait, as it was pretty busy and close to their lunch hour, but they got me in, got X-rays in record timing, and we set up all the solutions, today, and I walked in the office for the very first time today!! The staff an are very friendly and cheerful, and were very willing to listen to my questions and problems and help me find the perfect feedback I needed! From the front desk, all the way to financial services, I am not at all disappointed in this locations team!

After a horrible experience with another dentist I called Aspen Crawfordsville. They were able to see me the same day and were even able to resolve my issue. The last dentist I went to was very condescending and dismissive. At Aspen Crawfordsville the staff and doctor were extremely helpful, courteous, and sympathetic to my situation. From now on I will refer anyone I know to them and will not hesitate to drive the 45 minutes to get to their office. Best dental staff I have encountered in a very long time!

They even fit me in Monday replace a couple buttons that came out over the weekend :) Very satisfied with the level of care and the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
