I had great reservations about getting dental work done based on what people say about dentists but I found the entire process to be almost entirely pain free and the staff was far from scary. I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled and was amazed at the speed , precision and skill. They promised a painless injection of the anesthetic and I was pleasantly surprised by how painless it really was. Even with one tooth needing to be broken multiple times for removal the pain was far from unbearable and the first three teeth were removed so fast and clean I hardly had time to even think about it before they were out. They gave me a very realistic time line to pay for the operation without interest and took up so little time with the actual procedure it was significantly less than projected by my research. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Aspen Dental and all the lovely people who helped me with my tooth pain.

My experience at Aspen Dental was great! From the booking of my appointment especially last minute, to the way the staff treated me and each other was so respectful, kind, thorough, and accommodating. I do not live local to this particular Aspen dental however I will remain going there because of their amazing customer service.

I’ve been putting off making a dentist appointment because of a previous poor experience. From the moment I sat down and started talking with Dr Min Kwak, it was absolutely zero judgement and only understanding. I needed a decent amount of dental work done and he was very thorough in explaining what I needed. When it came time to start scheduling everything and discuss pricing, Gerthy helped walk us through everything and made it as painless as possible. Best dentist experience I’ve had since I was a kid and I would definitely recommend Aspen to anyone.

I went to the Springfield office on 4/10/26, normally I have visited another office, but because of an emergency situation and my work schedule Springfield was able to accommodate me and get me in on the 10th(after I called them on the 9th at nearly 6pm). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly energy from the front end staff, they actually reached out to me and let me know that they had a cancellation and were able to see me an hour earlier than my appointment.nFrom my initial interaction with the staff, to the young lady who did my x-rays, the hygienist who did my initial check, to the dentist who saw me, everyone was very friendly, extremely informative, and made me feel at ease. When I was doing my post visit consult the office manager was exceptionally helpful with showing me my different treatment plans, helping me to schedule around my work and grad school schedule, and took care of everything I needed with pleasantness and a smile. This office is OUTSTANDING, and being in a customer facing industry myself, I know that keeping morale and spirits high is not always the easiest thing to do…but this team did it effortlessly. Kudos to the team at Aspen Dental Springfield Ma, and thank you for all your help. I will see you next week for my appointment, and definitely in the future for any further procedures I need.

The office manager, Ed Is great. Low key, low pressure. Efficient friendly service. Thorough competent dental staff. The dentist was excellent also.nnI liked knowing the total cost of my treatment plan.nnI'd give them 5 stars but if the diagnosis includes root canals that's a little tough.
