A crown came loose on month long motorcycle trip in Friday night of a holiday weekend. I spent a few hours trying to find a dentist along my route, but finally was able to get an appt with these folks the following Thursday.nnEvery interaction with the staff was pleasant and they took great care of me. Everyone was very informative about the process and everything involved. Sadly, the crown was not able to be regimented as part of the root canal came out with it, so an extraction was done. It seemed the best move to avoid issues, but handle things until I can get home in a few weeks.nnI’m on the road , swapping gauze out every so often and headed in a roundabout way towards Knoxville. All with much less concern thanks to the kindness, talent and professionalism of the folks at Aspen Dental.

Dr. Loyd and Dr. Reddit provided an experience that truly meant a lot to my family. My father, who has dementia, needed a tooth extraction, and situations like that can be very overwhelming. I am moving in a few months and am looking for a dental franchise that is across the eastern states. Aspen Dental meets that criteria. I spent time with 4 professionals: xray tech, hygienist, dentist, and office manager. They were each interested in educating me about their part of my initial exam and plans for my dental needs. My questions were answered thoroughly and augmented with graphics and photos. There was no high pressured selling, just a strong sense of explaining current methodologies in dental preventative and correctional care.

The experience here was one in 1 million. From the moment I walked in to the completion of my wisdom tooth extraction. I will be back! These folks are super friendly , make you feel comfortable, make sure all your needs are met! I had an awful experience at the Aspen in Madison tn. These folks really turned that around. I will definitely be coming back!
