The staff at this location are all professionals in their crafts. From the front desk staff always greets with a warm smile . The dental staff is also very kind and willing to work with you and make sure you absolutely comfortable. Me having a huge fear of the dentist. They are helping me feel at ease and be able to work on my dental health journey that I am on. So thank you again to all staff that work at the Gloucester mass location!!!

This is a complicated one! I’ve had a really hard time with my Motto liners and I had come to my wits end with the previous dentist overseeing my care.nnRegardless of that, one thing I can always say about Aspen dental in Gloucester is that their office staff are incredible. Marina, the front desk agents and other staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcome despite the struggle I had been having with my liners not working correctly.nnAfter reaching my wits end I finally reached out to Marina to talk about how discouraged I had been about my experience with the liners not working as well as the trouble I had with th dentist. Marina went out of her way to tell me it was my time to get things back on track, got me in for a new scan appointment and to meet the new dentist, who is absolutely wonderful.nnI now feel as though my treatment plan is back on track, that problems have been resolved and on top of that? Everyone still always goes out of their way to be friendly, kind and informative.nnMarina and staff, thank you so much for helping me take back my smile. To the new dentist, thank you for making me feel heard and validating my concerns.nnThings were never *bad* here to begin with, but I can tell that things here have improved exponentially with the new dentist at this location. My experience with these folks was amazing. Full uppers and full lowers and people that don’t know tell me my teeth are perfect. The people who know say they are the best dentures they have ever seen. I could not be happier with the price and especially the service. Farrah and Lexi crushed it for this super happy customer and my experience here.

This entire office is professional, efficient, and kind. Martina walked me from the edge several times! She is very patient! Dr. Rivera was the most gentle dentist I have ever been treated by. My tooth was pulled and I had no idea! She explained everything and made the whole procedure almost pleasant. Almost. If you have to lose a tooth, this is the place to go. Daniel gave me extra support snd tissues. He is a saint. I highly recommend this practice.

My dentist was Dr. Dordevic, my Dental assistant was Daniel, and my Office Manager was Marina! Everyone was welcoming and transparent. I had a bad experience with another dentistry, visiting here was an amazing experience and helped me overcome my fears of visiting the dentist. They truly care about their patients and look out for them, I would give them hundreds of stars if I could.
