OMG the team there was amazing. I went in for an emergency appointment. Ms Monique call me and was very friendly and professional. She explained everything that was going to happen. Then I met the hygienist Amber was also great because she explained her process. This Dr. Patel had the best bed side care. He explained everything that was needed in plain terms. Then I met Lisa who let me what was cover and order i would need to get things done. They were all a delight and made feel special and assuring me things would be fine.

We were just in there with my fiance Ken. He had to have 2 teeth pulled, and has a complicated dental story. Weve been elsewhere and no where has the expierenece and hospitilaity of this office. We were helped by nurse Anna and she was as sweet as could be. She explained everything in great detail and with the doctor she helped make sure he was comftorable and not in a lot of pain. She even was kind to me as I wanted to be back there and sit with him while he got it done. She made sure i had a seat next to him, and when i couldn't be in there she put me in a waiting room right next to him. Ms.Justice checked us out, and she was the one who set our appointment. She was so kind even on the phone when talking to me. Ken was so so so happy and seeing him smile and be out of pain is such a great relief and blessing for us. It wasnt even too expenisve with our insurance. Thank you so so much aspen team in highland. We are profoundly grateful for you.

I am beyond happy with my first visit to Aspen dental. From the moment I walked in the door, the woman at the front desk was friendly. The check in process was simple, I appreciate that it was digital. I didn't wait very long to be called for my appointment. The x-ray technician was very nice and tried her best to not make the very uncomfortable process of taking x-rays of your teeth to be worse than it is on its own. The hygienist was super helpful in explaining everything before she got started and after she examined my teeth. The doctor was so very nice. He went over my x-rays with me, showed me all of the points that he would examine in my mouth and told me why. While he looked at my teeth, He explained what he was seeing. He pointed out places that were of concern, but not trying to push my meeting work done. It was a very comfortable appointment. I expressed this because I went to an appointment at another dentist's office and was very unhappy with how many teeth they told me I needed to have work on, and I'm even more uncomfortable with what they told me after having seen doctor Patel here and him telling me that I only need half of what they said.nAfter the entire exam was done, I then went to speak with Miriam to discuss the cost and was very pleasantly surprised by a number that was considerably lower than what I was expecting, especially since that same other dentist that told me I needed all this extra work, also gave me a price that was very unreasonable. So unreasonable that I searched for another dentist and found Aspen dental to try out. Turns out that Aspen dental would have been more affordable even if they said I needed all the same work that the other place said. If you read this far, I hope you did, Aspen dental is worth it. I will definitely update this review after my upcoming appointments, because I will be back for each of them, to have my dental work done with them.
