I was truly amazed by the excellent care I received today.nFrom the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by my dental assistant, Sabrina Williams, who took all of my X-rays. In my 64 years, I have never had X-rays done so thoroughly. Sabrina gave clear instructions and made the entire process comfortable and easy.nNext, I met Dr. Hanoman, who was very thorough in discussing my immediate dental needs. Syed, the hygienist, took detailed gum measurements and helped me create a personalized treatment plan. I was even able to have my cleaning done the same day! Syed also took the time to show me how to properly use my electric toothbrush.nFinally, Maria, the office manager, clearly explained what my insurance would cover and what my out-of-pocket costs would be.nOverall, I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental in Lady Lake, Florida. This was my first visit to any Aspen Dental. I found the staff to be very friendly and very efficient. They were in-network for my dental insurance, but my portion of the bill was still pretty high. Get what you pay for though - they were very skilled. Syad, my hygienist, was really great.

After over a decade without dental care, I took the plunge into fixing my smile. Syed was my dental hygienist and he made what I had been advised was going to be painful and extremely unpleasant into a quick and painless experience. He was very attentive and maintained my comfort as he completed the scaling. If you are scared or anxious about this kind of cleaning I highly recommend coming to Aspen Dental and seeing Syed for your cleaning.
