I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. My appointment was at 8:00 AM, and I was greeted at the door by the front desk and quickly taken back by the office manager. Right away, I appreciated seeing the staff actively cleaning and swiffering the front area, which immediately set the tone and showed their commitment to cleanliness.nnI worked with my hygienist, whom I’ve been seeing for many years. She took my X-rays and completed my cleaning, which was top tier. She was incredibly meticulous and took the time to walk me through aftercare instructions before I left, which I always value.nnThe doctor, I believe her name was Dr. Cheek, came in for a thorough exam and provided clear guidance on maintaining proper oral hygiene over the next six months until my next visit.nnOverall, I would absolutely recommend this location. It’s a 10 out of 10 experience. Even though many people have apprehension about going to the dentist, this office does a great job of making you feel comfortable. For a “chain” dental practice, they truly treat you as an individual, know you by name, and genuinely care about your dental health. As a bonus, they had great music playing throughout the visit, which definitely helped ease any nerves.nnSee you in six months!

my visit to Aspen dental on the hill top was long Af appointment was at 9am didn't leave untill 12pm and that was just a overview for what my kid needed done on the next visit however our visit was made better by Eveline C she was kind helpful and gave great conversation and service. although the wait was long the service was good. they really should tell patients about the wait.

She made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and explained everything clearly and patiently. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel at ease.nnThe office is clean, modern, and very well organized. The staff is welcoming and professional, and the whole visit felt smooth and efficient.

I have to give the whole establishment FIVE stars. Kindness doesn't even begin to describe the staff and Dr. Cheek. Yari took the time to help write a life saving letter, Angel was soft spoken and gentle comforting me through my dental fears.
