OMG by far the best dental office we've experienced in a long time. Office staff was well educated, polite, and went the extra mile to ensure EVERYTHING was taken care of with my insurance BEFORE my visit.nFrom the office, to the hygienist, then the doctor, and finally to the office manager... keep up the great work. I took my 86 year old mother, I was 110 satisfied and happy and so was my mother. Nothing like the rest, e.g. Sage Dental ( pls dont go there, half the time the office staff dont know what they are doing, then the hygienist talk with you with an attitude or has no clue what of who what should be done).nThe orthodontist is okay, but if I had to do it all over I would have taken my son to do his orthodontist elsewhere.nThank you Aspen Dental International drive in Daytona Beach, FL - you guys ROCK!!!

From Dr. Finley, Oscar, Ashley, Savannah, and the X-ray technician (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch but absolutely deserves recognition), to Miss Shelly—every single person I encountered made a lasting impression.nnThis team is exceptionally accommodating and takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of care, from financial details to the full treatment process involved in restoring my smile. I have never felt more comfortable, informed, or at ease in a dental setting.nnSavannah and Ashley were especially helpful in guiding me through financial assistance, all while making the process enjoyable with plenty of laughter. Their kindness and professionalism truly stand out.nnDr. Finley brings a warm, engaging personality that immediately puts you at ease. He clearly explains what is happening and what steps are needed to achieve the best possible outcome, which I deeply appreciated.nnOscar took the time to walk me through the stages of bone deterioration, explaining everything with clarity, respect, and genuine care.nnAnd then there is Miss Shelly, who truly went above and beyond. During my deep cleaning—something I was understandably nervous about due to sensitive teeth—she showed extraordinary patience and attentiveness. Although she had medication prepared to numb my gums, she fully respected my preference to proceed without it and worked with me to create a plan in case I changed my mind. Amazing doctor and staff. Dr. Finley gives very detailed explanations and helps you understand what's going on. And Michaela is the best! I would recommend these people for anyone who has a hard time at the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable.

If I had to do it all over again, I would go at 930 this morning (it's 903 now) everyone in the office is great. Promptly greeted by Ciera at the front desk. Unfortunately I forget the exray tech lady's name, but she was also amazing, she realized how uncomfortable the contraption in your mouth was, so she works quick and efficient...then I met the dentist. Troy Finley, Troy made the visit complete. Very calm soft spoken, gently dentist. Also met Shelly, to go over some things with me, Shelly also was great and very informative. Last but not least, Ashley, she explained all the pricing and helped us fill out financing, she knows her part of her job inside and out, she even stayed late to finishing helping us... this was just on the first day... I went back the second day and met Oscar, again this guy was knowledgeable with his job, my teeth hadn't seen a dentist in a while and he had them all deep cleaned in no time, didnt feel a thing... then back to Dr Finley. I had 2 teeth removed... the first one was out and I didnt even know it, he walked to the desk and came back, and I said 1 down 1 to go... he said, nope they are both out!!! I couldn't believe it. He had removed them both in the time I thought was 1... zero pain! None. .nOnly a little pressure, just like he explained. .all done... then I met Michelle back at the front desk, very kind and nice lady, we joked around a bit and she made my next appt. I would recommend this office 10 out of 10 times.. if I had known about the folks in this office sooner, I wouldn't have waited so long to see a dentist.... see you soon Aspen Dental....
