This was my first appointment at Carus and it was the best dentist appointment I've ever had. The whole team is like a big family. From the time I set my appointment with Janet to when I was walking out after my cleaning, I felt like I had been a patient for years. Kervin was a great dentist explaining everything about my Xrays and Candi was a great hygienist... no pain whatsoever cleaning my teeth. Thanks Team Kervin!

The whole staff was very friendly, Dr. Hoffman was genuine and engaging, and I can't say enough about my hygienist Julie. She was great and explained everything she was going to do and why. The staff is friendly and they do the required treatment very well. They make me feel more like a friend than a client. When I needed a procedure they weren’t comfortable performing, they referred me to a doctor who specializes in the procedure and I obtained excellent care from he and his staff!

Going to the dentist is never anyone’s favorite thing, but Dr. Hoffman and all the girls in the office make it such a great experience every time. Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and caring. I actually enjoy coming in and seeing them :) Highly recommend!
