First off I hate going to the dentist! With that being said Aspen dental has taken care of me very well! I’ve had a few visits already, and every experience has been a good experience. They have taken care of me very well! Dental assistant Rhonda is very helpful. Explains everything to me and let me know what’s going on with the procedures.Dr. Pelham Has taken care of me and done all my procedures. I highly recommend him if you go in. I have no complaints and I appreciate both of these people for taking care of me even though I don’t wanna go back I know I will have to and honestly I do look forward to working with them!

My phobia of dentist offices is very real. Almost debilitating. An awful experience my last visit, at a different office, caused PTSD. I wish I could say I'm being dramatic, but I'm not. After ruling out all other possible causes of the pain I'm experiencing, the dentist was my final conclusion for help.nnThe moment I called to schedule, I was assured and felt slightly more at ease by the woman who scheduled my appointment. I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Please understand today was a bit of a blur. Nevertheless, she made me feel understood and not like a 5 year old child.nnX-rays were actually fun! I had a beautiful tech who was quick, efficient, understanding and helped ease my anxiety. The hygienist, also beautiful and understanding, acknowledged my fear, asked questions to get to know ME, explained my X-ray results and made me feel she cared about my mental well-being as much as the condition of my teeth, jaw etc. She asked about my other medical condition. Looked at me with respect and empathy as I explained it to her and she actually thanked me for teaching HER something she knew nothing about.nnThe ENTIRE TIME, everyone i spoke with, realizing by my demeanor and the deer in the headlight look, did what they could in the time they had to reassure me that they are there for ME! My comfort and well-being, along with telling me they will do whatever it takes to make me as comfortable as possible made me FEEL they were being sincere.nnThe DR.. reiterated the same sentiment as the rest of the staff who spoke with me. He was gentle while examining me. His Comfortable and calming dameanor, the time he took with me, made today's initial exam the best it could have been for me.nnIn 4 days, my treatment starts and I currently have heart palpations thinking about it. Then I remember the experience I had today and although, as I sit here writing this, horrified at the idea of going in, I know they will give me the same respect and treat me with dignity, allowing me to take to the appointment anything I need to make me as comfortable as I can be, warms my heart. Reminds me that not everyone in this profession is doing it just for the money, or Just as a job, uncaring and self serving To get as many people in and out of those seats.nnI'm my opinion, they CARE! and for people like me, that's priceless.. Wonderful! My son is a 39 year old disabled adult and he was comfortable and happy with everything from start to finish. Great group of happy, knowledgeable, and calm people. As his Mom, I have confidence in his dental plan and the professional as well as kind approach of treatment he will receive.
