From the time I walked into the door at Aspen Dental, the staff was very pleasant. After I was called back, I had a series of VERY THOROUGH X-rays taken by Latisha and she explained to me in detail exactly what type of scan was being done and the reason behind it. She was also very gentle and accommodating to the pain that my mouth is in. She also engaged in a conversation with me regarding her own experience with a bad tooth once and very professionally explained to me the importance of the scan and to ease my mind that she too has received care from here while working here. She also explained step by step that after the dentist comes in that I would then speak to another staff member regarding finance options on whatever care plan the dentist recommends. I haven’t even see the dentist yet but I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone and if the last two staff members are as pleasant as she is then a 10 out of 10 isn’t a high enough score. I have been very pleased with this first visit and actually looking forward to coming back for care.

The front desk staff is great, specifically Haley. Latisha is amazing as always, andnDr. Siddiqi is super kind and helpful. Thank you Dr. Siddiqi for giving me my smile back. I made an appointment online for service the next day. I was a new patient, but was having severe tooth pain. The receptionist was so personable and nice. My x-ray tech was so sweet and understanding about my pain, and focused on making sure I was comfortable. My hygienist was very knowledgable and explained my diagnosis and action plan clearly. My dentist was attentive and really listened to my needs. My extraction was done pain-free and quickly! Thank you Aspen Dental team for changing my experience with dentists forever. I’m excited to get future work done to complete my smile goals.

Latisha is the best assistant ever! I highly recommend her when you come for a visit. Best dental assistant i have ever had and enjoy seeing her every time i come to Aspen Dental. Darcy is the best finance person. She really helped with our financial support.nGreat job ladies. My teeth will always be clean and taken care of because you you two. The dentist are great! The financial services do not follow up. When asked about getting help with paying your bill they need to explain more about what to expect. I’ve called the finance services several times but no one responded back to me about what I need to talk to them about.
