I had such a great experience during my visit, and I really want to highlight Nayeli, the dental assistant who took care of me. From the moment I sat down, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She made sure I felt comfortable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped ease my nerves.nnThroughout the appointment, Nayeli was gentle, professional, and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. It made a huge difference in my overall experience.nnI truly appreciate the level of care and compassion she showed people like Nayeli make going to the dentist so much easier. I do not like going to dentist but I want people to know at Aspen Dental in San Luis Obispo it was the best experience. First, the business manager at the front desk is not only caring but seeks to listen and help your situation. The team, again they listen and come with solutions and options to help you make an informed decision. Lastly, the Dentist use the latest technology and again give options to exceed your expectations and their work is masterful. I have had a lot of bad experiences at other dentist and my guard was up, it’s nice to finally find a dentist you can call your home.

You never know what to expect going somewhere new. Whether its a new doctor's office, a new veterinarian (at least you'll know it'll be super expensive and they'll want to give your cat a MRI or push into getting a bag of cat food for $60) or a new dentist. Sorry got off track there, lol From the moment I walked in I knew I made a great choice. The Office Manager, who was at the front desk, cant remember her name at the moment, greeted me immediately, all while answering none stop incoming calls, putting them on hold till she checked me in. She was genuinely welcoming and had a beautiful smile. Before I knew it I was lead to the back passing quite a few people who all said hello to me. As I sat in the dentist chair having impressions made of my gums, which if you've had it done you know having a whole lot of plaster-ish stuff put in your mouth along with someone's fingers pushing it down is not the greatest, but I was so comfortable it was oddly relaxing. Geez, obviously I can tend to make a short story long so I'll wrap it up with this: The final step, choosing what type or dentures I wanted, going over forms of payment and the final cost was surprisingly AFFORDABLE, PAINLESS and all around FLIPPING AWESOME! Best of all I will have a new confident smile in just a couple weeks! So thanx so much to all of you that helped me today and are making this happen 🤘

My experience with Aspen Dental was excellent professional, a good wholesome clean place a business. The staff, was filled with kindness. The Medical staff of all the women was knowledgeably, professional, show compassion with everyone, I saw the service was being work on. My dentist, doctor made sure my service was correct easy-going and gave me a good smile. Also consult me on things that need to be handled. I love the way my Dentist specialist execute the work On my mouth, She did with grace and kindness, and make sure that I was accommodated with no pain.nThanks to the specialist that done my Dental hygiene today. This place is filled with wonderful, good clinical staff that makes you feel safe, when working on my mouth. I have found a keeper. I like Aspen Dental in Chicago on 11th and Clinton Street kudos. I seriously hate going to the dentist, but this specific Aspen Dental location is the best experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist welcomed me as soon as I got there and quickly got me through new patient paperwork. Then Stephanie took my X-rays which took literally 5 minutes and was super comfortable and smooth. Lauren the hygienist was super friendly, relaxing to be around, and super sweet. Afterwards, Riley walked me through additional paperwork (insurance stuff) efficiently and let me ask as many questions as I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured one bit to take my time on reading the charges as my insurance didn’t cover my visit entirely. Also, the entire vibe of the office was welcoming and everyone seemed to love their jobs and coworkers. 10/10 freakin experience and I highly recommend going to this location and this location only!
