I had the most pleasant visit to the clinic! From the moment I arrived, I was treated exceptionally well. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was very smooth. The clinic is clean and tastefully designed.nLily is a gem, professional and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Papeko is amazing: professional, kind, and friendly. Alicia, the hygienist, was equally wonderful, super sweet, knowledgeable, and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process so I fully understood it.nAs someone who usually feels anxious about dental visits, I left the clinic feeling happy and calm. I’m confident that next time, I won’t feel nervous or anxious at all. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had my first visit at Dental Care at Meadow Ridge yesterday for a new-patient promo, and I’m very happy with the whole experience. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff was attentive and friendly, and they explained everything clearly.nnAs part of the promotion, they completed a full exam, did a complete dental X-ray of all my teeth, checked everything thoroughly, and performed a full cleaning during the same visit. The cleaning was done very carefully and with great attention to detail — they didn’t rush and truly took their time.nnAnother big bonus for me is that both the front desk and the doctor speak Russian, which made the visit even more comfortable. I’m very satisfied with the results and the overall care. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this dental clinic, and I want to highlight two people who truly make every visit exceptional. Administrator Ira is absolutely wonderful — she is always attentive, patient, and incredibly friendly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel welcome and cared for. She is always ready to answer questions, help with scheduling, and explain anything you might be confused about. Her positive attitude and professionalism make the entire atmosphere of the clinic so much more pleasant.nnI also want to mention Candie, the hygienist, who is truly outstanding at what she does. She is extremely gentle, thorough, and very reassuring, which is especially important for people who feel nervous about dental cleanings. She takes her time to explain each step, makes sure you’re comfortable, and provides excellent care. After each appointment with her, my teeth feel incredibly clean, and I feel confident that I’m getting high-quality treatment.

I came in after not being to the dentist in about 2 years. I was able to get all X-rays taken, have an oral cancer screening, and get all my teeth personally scanned at no cost. I was able to look at my teeth personally with my hygienist who was very knowledgeable and sweet. My dentist was amazing and was able to come in to discuss with me my future dental plan, and get me situated with working out the finances for a future retainer fit. During the cleaning my hygienist explained everything that was happening to me and made sure throughout that I was still doing well. My dentist was able to provide me with a travel toothbrush to fit my non traditional work lifestyle. The front desk was very kind and walked me through all finances being covered for the visit. I did not feel invalidated for my teeth, or judged. I felt encouraged to get my teeth back on track with how I would like it to be, and I felt supported by both the dentist and hygienist. The office was very clean and welcoming with supportive staff. I am happy to say that I found a clinic that feels supportive and encouraging in my health, is non judgmental and takes the time to sit down with me and educate me on the future of my oral care. Shout out to hygienist Candie and Dr. Papeko for a great first experience at Meadow Ridge!

The dentist and the dental assistant were good. However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They were unwilling to explain anything, dental packages, or provide clear information about pricing and what each package includes. They also did not make an effort to understand what I actually needed or wanted.nnIf they had clearly explained all the prices, the cost of the packages, and what was included, I would have been able to choose what I truly needed and would have left satisfied. Unfortunately, what happened instead was very unpleasant.nnWould I recommend this clinic? Most likely not, as they charge for services without providing full information or taking the time to properly understand the patient’s needs.nnDear Clinic,nUnfortunately, your staff demonstrated a level of service that did not include returning a promised phone call. I was informed that they were very busy and would call me back, but no follow-up ever occurred. As a result, your response to my previous review does not make sense.
