I had a fantastic experience at Discovery Dental Care during my past visit. I’ll be honest, going to the dentist is not something I typically look forward to, but the staff at this office completely changed that for me!nnFrom the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Dr. Haitami was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease throughout the visit. Nandy, the hygienist, was impressive, thorough, gentle, and very skilled at what she does.nnWhat really stood out was how seamless and comfortable the entire process felt. The team has created an environment that makes what is usually an unpleasant experience actually enjoyable. After my visit, I encouraged one of my colleagues to go to this dental office and he also had a great experience.nnI highly recommend Discovery Dental Care to anyone looking for a dental team that truly cares about both expertise and patient experience. 10/10 rating from my side!

The staff are wonderful, friendly, courteous, and professional. The facility is immaculately clean. I haven’t had any issues with my insurance, they take care of it all. Shout out to Tayla, my hygienist!!! Great “chair side” manner, I was made to feel comfortable from the first visit. Tayla is very knowledgeable and answers any questions I may have. This office doesn’t feel like a dental chain, it gives small office vibes…I receive an individualized plan of care and excellent customer service. It is very nice to see the same staff every visit, and not a different dentist who is rotating through the office this week. I’m very satisfied here!

Let me start off with how truly I am afraid of dentist offices. We can chuck it up to PTSD. I had to find a new dentist due to changes in my previous dentist office. So when I walked into Discovery Dental I was already nervous. I was greeted by Lindsey who I thought was the receptionist. I go through the reason I am changing dentists and I stress the fact I have a fear dentist. She introduced me to my dental tech .Nia who has only been there a week. Her honesty and personality was amazing. I felt very relaxed. Then there was Mandy. She was like Nia amazing not pushy. I am like ok this could be a dentist office I could come to. The last 2 things that sold me was first let's give some credit to Dr. Lewis. She is definitely approachable in conversations where she actually hears you. She is also a straight shooter so there is no hidden questions about the procedure. During the exam I felt very relaxed. What top this visit was Lindsey. Who I thought was the receptionist is actually the office manager. Thank you so so much for not judging or giving a side eye when I was talking about financials of my procedures. I deal with people in high stressful situations and I have to go over financial with them as well. You made it so so so easy for me. You and your staff have made such a great impression and an a awesome experience for me at your practice. . I actually look forward to next appointment.

Dr. Stephanie Lewis and her team exceeded my expectations for dental care! Their orthodontic services (Invisalign) were top notch. Dr. Lewis was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything without rushing. The rest of the staff provided compassionate and efficient care. I am extremely satisfied with my results! Would highly recommend.
