I had an excellent experience at Gentle Dental Perris. The entire team ( Dr. McGregor, Lily and Frank) provided exceptional care and attention to detail throughout my visit. The staff were professional, courteous, and made the experience very comfortable. I would like to especially recognize Stephanie at the front desk she was extremely kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable about my insurance coverage. She clearly explained what was and wasn’t covered, which made the process smooth and transparent. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality dental care.

I was searching for a Dentist for my husband. I came across Gentle Dental and I was a bit skeptical at first due to some reviews.(working in medical myself I understand how that can be at times) I am very happy that we gave Gentle dental a chance. My husband has been suffering for over a year!! I want to thank everyone from the receptionist Stephanie very welcoming, greeted with a smile, Autumn his hygienist very knowledable, professional and informative. Dr. McGregor he says was amazing!! I honestly love this dentist office! Dr. McGregor is awesome — super gentle, explains everything clearly, and really cares about her patients. Lily, the manager, is so sweet and helpful every time I come in. Frank, the dental assistant, always makes me feel comfortable and keeps things light with his friendly attitude. And Stephanie at the front desk is the best — always welcoming and on top of everything.nnThe whole team works so well together and makes every visit a good experience. I actually don’t mind going to the dentist anymore thanks to them!

From the moment you walk in the music is soft, the office is clean. The staff is professional, kind, and ready to serve me. The bathroom is well stocked and clean. The doctor spends time talking to ease to reflect and relax me. Questions are welcomed and concerns are addressed. The name Gental dental is accurate. This dental office has helped me improve my dental health care taking down a path of recovery. I am great full for their care, concerns and Gental treatment.
