From the moment I entered through the door I immediately knew this was a different kind of dentist experience.nnThe two front desk staff, Lisa and Dianne, had never met me yet they greeted me as if I were an old friend, sharing their gift of gab to remind me of our shared humanity and love for hockey (I was wearing a Hartford Whalers hat).nnI could hear laughter throughout the office as providers chatted pleasantly with patients and each other. I could tell this was a special place full of staff who were happy to be here. At no point in my visit did it feel like I was inconveniencing anyone or that their job was a drag.nnMy cleaning was painless and comfortable and the neighborly Dr. Pearl made me feel right at home. I found out I need a filling and Lisa and Dianne worked diligently to make sure I understood my payment options. I’ve never been so excited to go back for a filling!nnThank you Pearl Dentistry!

Dr. Scott Pearl and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful with my daughter. From the moment we arrived, everyone was patient, caring, and incredibly attentive. Dr. Pearl took the time to explain each step of the procedure in detail. His bedside manner, along with that of his team, was exceptional—gentle, compassionate, and truly kind. Pearl Dental is a wonderful dental office. Dr. Pearl and his team are very kind, patient and accommodating. Before I became a patient at this office, I had serious dental anxiety due to past experiences at another office. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Pearl, and appreciate his flexibility and patience. He gets to know his patients through conversations, and he’s pretty funny as well. The dental assistants who work with him are also very kind, and help all procedures happen smoothly. The dental hygienists are amazing!! Super friendly and accommodating to any sensitivity or concerns you may have. The ladies in the front office are very nice as well!nnI do want to mention one small experience from a recent visit. While scheduling my next appointment, Cheyenne made a comment about her knowledge of me having “missed appointments in the past.” To my understanding, I only ever missed one, and it happened on a day when my family experienced a sudden, unexpected loss right before the appointment. I completely understand the importance of communication and take responsibility for that missed appointment. However, the comment felt dismissive and left me uncomfortable.nnStill, everyone else, including the sweet woman in the front office who complimented my hair, has always been so warm and welcoming. I am very pleased as a patient. My whole family comes to Pearl Dental and we love it here. Thank you Dr. Pearl and entire staff.
