Hello everyone, for those who have a hard time with dental work and dental offices, let me share my family’s experience with this dentist's patient care services. They are professional, with no hidden surprises regarding costs, and the customer service at the front desk is the best I have received in the last 22 years I have lived in California. Erica explains with care and thoroughness what is covered by your insurance and what you're responsible for out of pocket, if anything. The doctor shows genuine attention (not the usual attitude), and you can sit back and get this over with. It is a whole team effort; everyone is on the same page! I recommend them 100%.
