Yes, I had a tooth experience I’ve never encountered in my life on vacation!nIt started as a tooth ache, then it was got so severe I couldn’t stand the pain. We looked up emergency dentist, made an appointment and saw Dr. Frank Hoy. He was heaven sent. Even he and his assistants worked through lunch to help me. Dr. Hoy said “I’m going to help you!” I seriously was screaming in pain!nHe done an emergency root canal, took out 2 roots that was the nerve problem!nI highly recommend Frank Hoy and the staff… I seriously thought about coming back to him from Ga. to Fl. for him to be my dentist! Still thinking about it!!!nThank God for a caring dentist and wonderful assistants that took such wonderful care of me in such a difficult time.nSandra Cochran

I had a tooth break and exposed the nerve this weekend and thanks to Shauna she got me squeezed in this morning and welcomed me with a very friendly. Very nerve racking to know a tooth is about to be pulled the front staff welcomed me and were way beyond nice and worked diligent to make me comfortable. Dr Eric, Peyton and Crystal went above and beyond to make me confortable to calm me and did what ever it took to keep me that way the level of sympathy and compassion were at a level that is undesirable thank you all and i will be coming back for sure.

Staff was extremely friendly and timely with the service provided. My hygienist was so thorough with the exam and knowledgeable, explaining everything she was doing throughout. All of the equipment used so so high tech (coming from 7 years of active duty dentistry work being done to me) I was amazed. I would recommend them to anyone

My visit was my first visit at Okaloosa Family Dentistry. I was very impressed with the level of care I received. I was made to feel comfortable from personable interactions with Fawn and Casey. They were personable, yet professional as well. Their customer service was amazing! I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist, but this visit caused no anxiety at all. Dr. Alex was amazing as well. Even the check in and check out staff were amazing. I can’t wait to go back for my 6 month cleaning! I highly recommend Okaloosa Family Dentistry!
