I visited Dental Care at Midpoint for the first time and I had such a positive experience. I was greeted with smiling faces which made this appointment all the more memorable. I had little to no wait time. The dental assistant, Natalie was so sweet and went over and above. She was patient and informed. Even through the uncomfortable parts of the x-ray or any other diagnostic procedures, she made sure to check in with me throughout the process and answer any questions to the best of her ability. She even went out of her way to bring in Dr. C to reassure me and clarify any concerns. She made me feel comfortable. She is a wonderful addition to the Midpoint team.nThe hygienist, Tucker, was so funny and knowledgeable. I appreciate how both Natalie and Tucker represent how Midpoint is not like your typical dental practice. These employees make sure that your visit is not anxiety-inducing and you feel like you really know this, which is a special skill. I plan to revisit to get whitening and cleaning done, hopefully with Tucker and Natalie involved. I absolutely recommend the services available at Dental Care at Midpoint.nThey also have the cutest mascot ever!

The office staff is extremely helpful and patient with all your questions. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding. And I have never had the dentist himself address my cost concerns before. Every other dentist I've been to they send in the money person. My last dentist mocked me for wanting nitrous, wish they didn't even offer by the way, saying that if I had a tattoo I should be able tolerate a dental procedure. I never went back to that place. We may be selling our home in the next year or two and we will stay in the area so that we don't have to change from this dentist!

Dr C gave me the best novcain injection evernHe listen to my concerns and adjusted the injection dose.nIf your lucky enough to get Kristin as your hygienist you in caring hands. The entire staff is fantastic!

I have bad anxiety pertaining to anything medical. Came in when they had some special offers, and was looked after so well. Kristen, a dental hygienist, was with me the entire time as she knew I had anxiety. They informed me I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and recommended a place to get the surgery done (which was also excellent - SW FL Oral Surgery Fort Myers, Dr William Summey). It was done so well, I came back 2 weeks after surgery and Kristen looked after me well again. This time I had no anxiety, I felt safe and comfortable. The staff in general are very sweet and kind, and I love that they have a therapy dog! :) I am so thankful that they prioritize your well-being in both places, it just puts your mind at ease. There are no hidden costs, they're upfront about everything. Thank you so much for making my visits good :)

I just completed dental work which included bridges, fillings and a cleaning. I was warmly welcomed by Sandra, Pam and the entire office staff at each appointment. Natalie and all Dr. C's support team were courteous and thoughtful keeping me at ease throughout all appointments. They are professional, knowledgeable and calmly efficient. Those same qualities were repeated by Tucker and Brooke during he cleaning.nEveryone I encountered displayed exceptional communication skills. It would be an understatement to say my experience exceeded any expectations.
