Our visit for my son’s cleaning was absolutely amazing. He is almost 18 and autistic, dental visits have only recently become tolerable for him. Since moving away from the dentist he knew and trusted we were concerned at how a new provider may go for him. Ms. Dee was his hygienist yesterday and when I tell you it could not have gone better that is not an exaggeration. Her attention to his needs and keeping him engaged was very special to watch. She was phenomenal with him. Not only did she get his teeth clean, she was thorough and fast, while keeping him involved in the process. It is so valuable to a practice to have someone on board that has the skill, patience, and love in their heart to help people like my son receive routine care.nnCannot recommend this office or Ms. Dee enough. 10/10!!!!

While talking to a coworker, I mentioned that I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. She told me that she had found May River Crossing dentistry had been very welcoming and reassuring to her, and that her experiences were really great. I gave them a call and right from the start, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was so refreshing! I was evaluated in the chair by Erin who made me feel at ease immediately. I went to have a full cleaning by Stephanie who was extremely nice and conscious of my concerns/fears and it was the first time I actually enjoyed a cleaning! She made sure I was comfortable, educated me about future dental care without being condescending, and made me feel like a partner in my dental health rather than an adversary. The entire office staff could not have been nicer. It is rare to find a team of professionals who understand patient individuality and make every effort to put a person at ease. I highly recommend this team!

First time to May River Crossing dental and I am so pleased. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and professional and my hygienist, Stephanie was wonderful. Probably the best and most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had. Also, Dr. Daniels was wonderful. So happy I found this office!

Absolutely amazing! Dee is so friendly and FUN, which you don’t get at the dentist a lot. The office staff are super friendly and the whole experience was fabulous. I love that I’ve found a dentist that seems to want to help instead of only cleaning teeth and scooting you out the door ASAP until they need to see you again in 6 months.

Honestly I wish I had switched to MRC dental years ago. It truly helps to have them in my insurance network. I'm set now. They work with your financial and make it happen. Thank you.nRoger Lee satisfied customer.
