They certainly made me feel special. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was very comfortable in their caring hands. I was very impressed with the whole operation. They know you when you walk in the door with your first name and a smile.nThis practice is the best dentist office I have been to. If you have a issue you can call and text them and they will drop what they are doing to help. Always polite with positive energy and atmosphere.nWould recommend 1000%

I had my first visit, and it was amazing. The staff is all wonderful. The hygienist, Kelsey, was amazing and Dr. Olson was great! I'm excited to go back for my next cleaning! It is a comfortable and fun atmosphere. So happy to find my new dental office!

This is a cautionary tale for anyone who has TMJ issues. This facility has the ability to help you long-term, but not short term for injections, pain releif, or anything in-between. They will only be able to help you if you can receive long-term care for a minimum of 5 months with them at their facility.nnAfter several phone calls and emails back and forth, Dr. Ferrera reviewed my case and was honest that she, as a medical professional, could not provide me with the help that I needed (TMJ assistance, with cortisol injections or arthrocentesis, or anything to help with the pain). She was very clear that she didn't want to rush any treatment or proceed with a treatment she wasn't comfortable with giving. Although I am dissapointed that I am still without care and a debilitating condition, I immensely respect the way this facility handled me. They tried to find a solution, truly, but it wasn't possible at this time.nnThey wont lie to you. If they can't help you, then you can trust that it is because they reviewed your case and did everything they could to find a solution. They are aware of how expensive they are, and won't let you throw away your money on an appointment that will amount to no patient benefit.nnAs a patient, this is an absolute nightmare, but as someone who is both a patient and healthcare professional myself, I know that these are the BEST kind of people in medicine and dentistry... If you have TMJ problems, make sure you address it with this facility 5 months before you have any major life changes, and I am absolutely sure that you will receive fair and outstanding care. I only wish I could have received their assistance as well.
