I have always been afraid of the dentist. When I was 17, at a different dentist, I was given laughing gas to calm my anxiety during a cavity filling. I’m talking BIG fear yall!! BUT my experience with Blue Mountain Dental Care was epic. I had to have all of my wisdom teeth removed and at every step of the way I felt comfortable, safe, and supported. We took breaks when I needed them, everything was explained clearly, and they even laughed at my corny jokes. That environment is hugely contributed to the hygienists they have on staff. They bring the heart into everything they do, with their patients as the first priority. I am truly blown away by the abundance of joy this community brings. Both Amanda and Mooney were unbelievably kind, caring, and welcoming. My consultation appointment was the first time I didn’t cry at the dentist in my lifetime and that is because of the environment Amanda created. She was a human, who kept it human!! She joked right back at me and genuinely took away any fear I had walked in with. Then on the day of the big pull Mooney was there to literally hold my hand. She explained everything that was happening as it was happening which made me feel significantly safer with the events going on inside my mouth haha. She advocated when I raised my hand for a break and made me feel safe. She kept it human, which in today’s day in age feels like a blessing. The actual dentist himself, though I did forget his name, was also super dope! He was confident in his ability. He numbed me out so I couldn’t feel a thing, and when I did start to feel pain we pause and adjusted !! On top of it all, he looked like the chef in ratatouille which was both familiar and child like comforting. Both my procedure and my recovery went as smoothly as anyone could’ve dreamt. I could not recommend this place enough, they will treat ya like family. Thank you to everyone on staff, yall party rock!

Got multiple fillings done at once. Took about 2 hours. Pain in my teeth is completely gone. They were very focused on making sure I was comfortable and fully numb before starting the procedure. I got laughing gas as i absolutely hate needles and it helped a lot. They were very sweet and kind throughout, telling me what was going on and helping me get through the pain. 10/10 recommend

The Dentist and all the staff at Blue Mountain Dental Care are very personable, kind and caring. The full process of my dental procedures have gone well, the options were fully explained to me and they even had options that would save me money. I liked that. I didn’t feel pressured to have a procedure.

The offices are clean and well equipped, the staff is very professional and kind and Dr Kneifati is thorough. No complaints here!

First visits are always the worst as there are usually tons of scans and x-rays and such that go along with it, which is why the 30 minute wait was so frustrating, particularly since I was there 15 minute early. The staff did come out twice and apologized and let me know they were working on it, which was very nice. Good service and a very kind staff were a plus here. Thanks!
