I am extremely pleased with my first visit as a new patient! The staff were so nice, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. Being a new patient can definitely feel nerve-wracking, but everyone made me feel super comfortable and genuinely cared for.nnDr. Gordon is kind, personable, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease throughout the visit. The office is also very nice and clean, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the dental prayer sign hanging in the office — such a thoughtful and comforting touch!nnHighly recommend!

I had an amazing experience here. I was primarily taken care of by Ms.Laverne who talked me through everything they were doing during my appointment. Everyone was kind. The prices for the work I got done were reasonable. The Doctor answered all of my questions and explained everything to me thoroughly. I normally have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist, as I have had awful experiences before but the service here was 10/10.

Dr Gordon and the dental team have been wonderful. The staff is very nice and most importantly, professional. Initially, I was nervous since II was a new patient and had bad previous experiences with other dentists in the past. However, Dr Gordon and her team made me feel comfortable and trustful with the great service provided to me. The staff is attentive and really cares about the patient. I was able to take care of my dental needs with no problems. The dental work is very good and I’m happy to have found a new home for my dental needs. I definitely recommend!

After getting a bad experience at facility on Lake Worth road and Jog Rd (I choose not to mention the name), I was referred to Dental Care of Southern Palm by a friend. I was definitely impressed. From the moment I stepped in until I was done, everything went smoothly. The staff was amazing [ the receptionist, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist (Ilano), and the dentist (Dr. Gordon, Elizabeth), even the lady who collected my insurance info]. They were altogether very professional, caring and empathetic. I also have to mention that the facility is beautiful, and the equipments are modern. No biting on hard metal for an x-ray . Overall for that first visit, I'll give it a 5 star rating.
