The clerical staff has always been very polite and respectful . The hygienists are thorough with the cleanings and seem very knowledgeable about oral health. I have had nothing but great experiences with the dentists at this location when I had a few dental emergencies in the last year. I am happy I switched to this location.

Assistant very skilled, professional, and informative ...always making sure I was as comfortable as possible, and also very friendly along with all others at the office we go to.. Great service overall from everyone...in and out quickly....very efficient!

I had a great experience with Dr. Hamdan. He repaired my front chipped tooth so seamlessly you can’t tell it was ever damaged, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. The staff was friendly and kind, and the entire visit felt truly patient-centered. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research prior to transitioning to a new dental office and took me a long time to decide. I’m extremely happy with the decision of coming to Forward Dental- Oak Creek. My first visit was on a “busy” day. However, all I saw was how they worked in an incredible team. The office manager stepped in any way possible for his team. Dr. Hamdan took the time to educate and also spoke highly of his colleague Dr.Tran. Jackie, my dental hygienist also did an incredible job with educating me and ensuring she did a great job with the cleaning. I also appreciated the team’s transparency with cost prior to doing any procedure. This can cause some anxiety at times and appreciated having that. I was highly impressed by this team. I personally work in healthcare you can tell when a place has a great team dynamic and this dental office has it!
