Mountain Shadows staff members are friendly, helpful, and caring!! They make you feel welcome and are transparent about costs and treatments.nnThe doctor was honest and transparent, and he never tried to “sell” me on unneeded services. He was pleasantly frank with what I do and do not need, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.nnMy hygienist (Shelia?) was especially careful to ensure my comfort and was friendly in a way that made me feel like we had known each other for years.nnAnd the front desk employee was very friendly and up front about pricing and next steps. She instantly put me in a positive mood the moment I walked through the front door (it was early, and I’m NOT a morning person😉).nnI highly recommend this practice!
