Wonderful patient care! The hygienist was kind and has great bedside manner. Talked me through my routine dental cleaning and x-rays. Incredibly sensitive to patients needs. I was also able to use my HSA card to purchase a water floss and electric toothbrush. Hygienist even took time to show me how each of the items worked. I got a goody bag. The Hygienist name started with an M, Marana. Dentist is great and gave good advice on future dental care.

The staff at Neibauer are truly amazing. The X-ray technician, Sarah, was incredibly professional and kind. Our hygienist, Marana, was fantastic, she walked us through everything with patience, kindness, and clear explanations. Dr. S was also very caring and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I had a dental emergency that came up quickly & I was in extreme pain! They got me in the very next morning & the dentist was so caring & understanding. It’s a shame when you can’t afford dental insurance, but they worked with me and I couldn’t be happier with the practice and especially the dentist. Would highly recommend this Dumfries location for the staff & dentist.

This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever visited. The entire space is spotless, modern, and welcoming. The doctors and hygienists are extremely thorough, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly, which really puts you at ease. The whole team is genuinely friendly and makes you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. Special mention to their manager, Evelyn, who goes above and beyond to accommodate scheduling and make sure every visit runs smoothly. I always leave feeling well taken care of, and I actually look forward to my appointments here, which says a lot about a dental office!
