First rate all around! I use both the Scottsdale and Shea locations, Scottsdale for orthodontics, Shea for routine care. Just about done with my aligners. Awesome results! Dr. Kess at Scottsdale was super ... all the staff are wonderful to deal with and very easy to deal with. Everything explained all along the way so there were no surprises. Highly recommend Gentle Dental!

My hygienist is terrific. She explained what she was doing. She explained what areas I should keep an eye out for. The assistant was both smiling and pleasant ☺️ 😊. Very gentle cleaning., no pun intended.nOver all great office and team.

They fit us in because another office had to close temporarily that we had an appointment with. The dr was great, thorough and knowledgeable and the staff were friendly and helpful. He will be coming back to this office. Thanks to the great staff and everyone for making my wheelchair bound uncle feel welcome!
