This facility is prompt and efficient. Every person you have contact with make you feel comfortable and treat you amazing. They treat you like you are the only patient and make sure you are comfortable. Amazing staff and with someone with such high anxiety they take their time and never feel in a rush. Cannot say enough about Angie the dental hygienist , dr's, front staff and assistants. They are amazing.

I've only started going to Gentle Dental Irvington and the experience has been excellent. From the front desk to the hygienist (Angie) to the dentist they have all been friendly and take the time to explain everything. They were able to tell me exactly what my insurance covers and does not cover, what each procedure is, what it does, why they recommend it, and what my options are. They make going to the dentist a lot easier. My teeth couldn't be in better hands.

Office was very clean and decorated very nicely. The ladies up front were great.nThe dentist I saw was awesome. He took his time and explained everything very well and I understood what the issues are and the treatment plan. I go back in 2 weeks and am not dreading returning

Dr Ung is amazing! I have been seeing him for about four years now and he has changed my dental experience to a positive thing. He and his staff are genuinely caring and supportive. He takes time to explain things, is aware of obstacles and has real recommendations to overcome those obstacles. His recommendations work. He puts you at ease and creates an environment that is anti anxiety. He is truly ‘gentle.’
