We had a wonderful experience with Dr Qazi, who recently treated my teenage daughter. She was kind, sensitive and took whatever extra time my daughter needed during the treatment. She explained what she was doing and why, the entire way through. Both my daughter (and myself as a parent) felt well cared for and respected. I have two younger kids too and am glad that Gentle Dental is our family dentist.

The doctor and nurse at this office were excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel well cared for during my visits. I really appreciated the clinical care.nnThat said, I experienced significant frustration with the billing and communication process. After rescheduling my third deep cleaning visit, I was suddenly told that my first visit payment hadn’t gone through, even though I had proof of payment. I was then told the issue was with insurance paying less than expected—but when I reviewed my claim, I saw that my actual responsibility was less than what I had paid. This raised concerns that I may have been overcharged.nnAt the time, my calls to the office went unanswered. I was only able to get through when calling from a different number, which felt evasive and unprofessional.nnUpdate: After posting this review, the dental office reached out and explained the expenses in more detail. I appreciate them taking the time to follow up and clarify the billing. I’ve updated this review to 4 stars, since I really do like the service here and the clinical care is truly excellent. I hope communication and transparency will continue to improve going forward.
