Great staff. Dr Bennett was fantastic. Explained every step that was supposed to happen as the work was being done. His assistant Zach was polite and courteous. Was careful and respectful of my condition. The front office was kind and helpfull especially Debbie. Allison wss nice enough to contact me right away when an opening occurred. A real pleasure to work with them. Highly recommend them.

My local dentist (Dr. Woods) was no longer in practice, and so my husband and I looked for a new provider closer to Wellen Park. My experience at West Villages Dental Care was absolutely outstanding. This practice has some new-to-me tools, such as 3-D dental imaging, which was very helpful by relating a visual map of my teeth. My hygienist, Mehren - a dentist from another country who hopes to get his US DDS credentials - was kind, thorough, and explained every step of my new-patient exam and cleaning. This was followed by time spent with Dr. Gadalla, who also visually and verbally explained his assessment of the current state of my teeth and my needs. I have not felt this confident with a dental team since I was a patient under two relatives of mine (and my husband's). It's reassuring to feel like I'm being treated as family once again. I highly recommend this practice.

The staff was excellent. All employees were friendly and professional. My only issue is, all patients were older when I was there. Why is the music playing that of very young people and No Patients would appreciate. I would be concern with keeping my clients happy.
