Update— I still do not have any complaints about any of the treatment I have received thus far. Had my appointment this morning and felt as comfortable as possible being in a dentists office. Gesielle is great and provided a lot of information to me that will help my overall expectations.nnThe staff at the State College location were fantastic. Calming, compassionate, and understanding of dental anxiety. Particularly Ash and Gesielle. They were both incredible and I am so thankful that they were with me through the whole process. They answered all of my questions also reassured and comforted me when needed. Most people dread going to the dentist. At least I know I do, but patients should feel safe and confident about making an appointment at Aspen in state college.

My family and I have struggled for a long time to find a dentist office we truly felt comfortable with and could genuinely trust, and we finally stumbled upon a great one. Gesielle and Dr. R are absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel cared for, respected, and completely at ease.nnI recently had a tooth extraction and implant done, and the entire experience was better than I hoped for. They were professional, reassuring, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out most was the level of trust and confidence they inspired throughout the process. Just had my first appointment back after five years and Aspen Dental was nothing short of amazing. Ash, Hope, and Rami the doctor all made me feel extremely comfortable, and like I could ask any questions with no problem at all. I had checked out several practices in and around Centre County. I was so happy that I chose Aspen Dental. The staff was warm and friendly. They explained everything to me that was going to happen. Dr. Dao my oral surgeon was very skilled, I never felt the injections to numb my teeth. The Doctor extracted my teeth with very little discomfort. Sutured my gums , and put in my temporary set of teeth. I was very impressed with the care the entire staff provided. I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who needs help to restore their smile 😁. Daniel was amazing taking the pictures of my mouth and getting me ready to see the doctor made me feel no shame about the condition of my teeth. The doctor did not pressure me to do anything just made suggestions and when I told her I would prefer to pull it tooth and Joe root canal she was more than happy to oblige. Kayla was very kind helpful at explaining the Aspen savings program and was more than happy to assist me with financing but did not pressure me to do so and give me guidance on finding the proper insurance for my care. The most important thing about this visit is that I did not feel shame about my teeth and I did not feel pressured to spend thousands of dollars to fix my smile immediately. I will be returning for my extraction and hopefully for the rest of my services.
