Service was rendered in a very professional manner. She explained everything prior to her completing that task. She has a great personality. Shared some humor. I was gently scolded for not flossing everyday or using the electric toothbrush that I purchased.🥰 I will do better.nWe reviewed my next procedure and scheduled the appointment.nI can’t recall the hygienist name (age)She is very kind and patient She makes the dental office a less scary place.nThank you

I'm a coward when it comes to dental care. Unfortunately, I've had some bad past experiences. I let them know of my situation on the phone, and told them waiting much time in the waiting room raised my anxiety. When I arrived, the office staff greeted my warmly. I didn't even have to wait more than a couple minutes before being called back. The dental assistant went over my procedures thoroughly and helped me with medical credit paperwork. Dr Brooks was amazingly gentle and continually checked on my comfort level. When finished she informed me that my costs would be more than $200 less than the estimate. I highly recommend North Creek especially if you have dental anxiety.
