Overall, I highly recommend White Pine Dental Care! Initially, I only came to this office because they were near to my home and took my insurance, but I had a good experience so I will now schedule my husband and 4 kids too. The dentist and hygienist were both very gentle, polite, and thorough. The hygienist was especially impressive as she walked me through every step and explained every finding, in an educational, non-patronizing manner. The dentist had a kind manner and was very gentle. Front office staff were easy to work with and I liked that I had the option to schedule my appointment online and communicate via text.

Very polite and professional staff every visit, always greet you with a smile and make sure you are seen in a timely manner. Jaci is always super nice and professional, she always encourages me to floss more often. I would recommend this office to anyone who has dental needs.

After a horrible night of wisdom tooth pain, I called around everywhere—and White Pine Dental was the first to call me back early in the morning and get me in right away. That alone meant everything.nnFrom the moment I walked in, Mikayla at the front desk was happy, smiling, and so kind. Paperwork was quick and easy, and she was incredibly understanding—especially since I was a little out of it from barely sleeping due to the pain all night and morning.nnJuan took care of me before I saw Dr. Williams, and he was professional, kind, efficient, and straight to the point. He made sure I was taken care of quickly and comfortably.nnAnd Dr. Williams is truly a GEM. I didn’t feel a thing when he numbed the area, and before I knew it—he went in, pulled the tooth, and was done. No dragging it out, no unnecessary stress. He was funny, calming, and extremely understanding of how nervous and exhausted I was from the pain.nnWhat stood out the most was how effortless the entire experience felt. No chaos. No obstacles. No jumping through hoops. Just done and done.nnI’m absolutely switching over to this location—it’s the service that truly counts. Jaci and Dr Williams were great! This office is light years ahead of my last dentist. They have all the latest and greatest tech to detect/prevent things you can’t see like potential cavity hotspots and oral cancer!nAnd got me an amazing deal on Invisiline to fix some things that have been bothering me for years!

I have had nothing but great things to say after leaving all of my visits to White Pine Dental Care. The visits with Dr. Williams and my Hygienist Penny have been outstanding! They are very friendly, welcoming, professional and my teeth have never felt better! I have referred my wife already for an in-house bleach session with Penny. She had a great experience as well and we will be scheduling her appointments there from now on. I will be referring all of my family and friends to White Pine Dental Care whenever I can!
