From the moment I walked into the office I felt like I was welcome. Front staff smiling, friendly and I even received help filling out the new patient form. My hygienist, Kelly, was comforting in her mannerisms and voice. She gave great explanations before and after procedures., explaining why certain X-ray type photos were taken and why they were taken. dr. Dillinger was warm as he approached and gentle in his exam of my teeth and the outcome. A plan. Was set up by my hygienist before I left. Again front staff made check out as easy as it was checking in.

I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental appointment at Family First Dental on Deschutes. As a first-time patient, I was so impressed by how thorough the exam was. I’ve been seeing Dr. Stout for years, but when my insurance changed last year, I had to go to other offices and nothing compared to Family First Dental. I’m so happy to be back! Kelly is amazing and so kind. I also learned that Dr. Stout is no longer there, but the new doctor is great!

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next day. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. The staff was so sweet and made me feel less anxiety. They were able to do a temporary crown that same day!!
