I had a wonderful experience at my recent dental appointment at Family First Dental on Deschutes. As a first-time patient, I was so impressed by how thorough the exam was. The doctor was kind and informative, my hygienist was absolutely wonderful, and the entire staff made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived.nnIt's refreshing to find an office that is both professional and warm and I'm really looking forward to building a long-term relationship with this team. From the moment I walked into the office I felt like I was welcome. Front staff smiling, friendly and I even received help filling out the new patient form. My hygienist, Kelly, was comforting in her mannerisms and voice. She gave great explanations before and after procedures., explaining why certain X-ray type photos were taken and why they were taken. dr. Dillinger was warm as he approached and gentle in his exam of my teeth and the outcome. A plan. Was set up by my hygienist before I left. Again front staff made check out as easy as it was checking in.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the next day. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. The staff was so sweet and made me feel less anxiety. They were able to do a temporary crown that same day!!

This office had been recommended by a friend. Was so glad I went to them. Got a appointment the very next day. Was happy with the dental work done. Explained what need to be done very happy with the procedure that was done. Nice employee.
