Don’t even know where to begin. I'm 25 years old from NY and came here to fix my teeth after 7 office attempts. I felt like the doctors just wanted to get the job done or go the easy way abt things. Not to mention my mental health and losing hope id ever find a good dentist office.nI went to this office for the first time yesterday. Best decision!nWell first off, Arianna is beyond wonderful. From explaining everything, to checking on me, to literally providing the BEST service I could’ve asked for to genuinely showing care for her patients. Her respect, patience and friendliness was everything!nnDr. Farah is a gem. I know people can have their own opinions about staff but when I tell you this woman is soo passionate about what she does ! She gave me exactly what I wanted which I thought was impossible, not to mention her passion and knowledge is extraordinary. I don’t know if she even noticed it but she went way above and beyond to help me and I walked out the office smiling so hard I couldn’t stop, my sister noticed!nnI’m not even done with what I want to do with my teeth and I don’t think I could bring myself to go anywhere else after today! I will definitely be traveling back just to continue my dental work with this office.nThank you so so much.nIf I could give 10 stars I would.nThank you !!!

Excellent customer service and clarity with process of my service. Staff is Amazing overwhelming Friendly and helpful and mindful of this process.nDentist was attentive to me and my concerns.. He offered to fix my denture without me needing to ask.nFinancing was very smooth easy application.nIm just Thankful to this Staff at Germantown!!!!

I really enjoyed every worker there; very polite patient and very very helpful and understanding. Was waiting for a bit but I don’t mind waiting; so take y'all time lol but overall really nice and every worker kept a smile on their face made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Aspen for about 5 years. I have been dog sitting for over a week and the dog went on our table at night and chewed part of my lower denture. 3 teeth were missing. I brought it in this morning to see what could be done. After checking their schedule the receptionist asked if I would stay because they had time to do a procedure. So I did have an x-ray taken for the fitting. They also fitted 3 teeth for the denture and I will pick I think up on Tuesday.
