Warm, friendly welcome when you walk in. I get very nervous and don't like going to the dentist. Dental hygienist Brittany made me relax and was extremely through and informative. Dr Pfitzer is the best dentist I have ever had. It is obvious that she really cares about her patients, takes time to listen to you, and is very gentle. I have no fear about my next appointment. I highly recommend Dr Pfitzer and the Lake Avenue Dental office.

This dental office, the staff, and the dentist are friendly and efficient. They listen and explain without attitude or superiority when asked questions. If asked they provide end user costs prior to procedures. I am not a dentist 'fan', but these folks make the task much less of a chore - even enjoyable.

As a NP to your office, I was a bit apprehensive & nervous but found the staff & Jessica & Dr. Pfister very welcoming. Kudos especially to Jessica as this was the 1st time I did NOT experience severe pain after my cleaning!!! Dr. Pfister was friendly & pleasant.
