She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the entire visit. Her positive attitude and caring approach truly made a difference.nI would also like to thank Dr. Dulay for his excellent treatment and respectful, friendly manner.
