I was very scared to seek dental care. It's been over 35 years since I had anything other than emergency care. The staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The dentist saw my nervousness and asked how he could help me. The plan was discussed. Prices were given. I went back the very next day to start the work. Everyone is amazing. Planning is easy and time management is welcomed. I am very pleased and will be continuing my care there. And I am very pleased with the affordability. So much better than where I took my children to.

Do not go to any of the dental offices nearby. Go to this one! I have never experienced such genuine kindness and thorough care from a dentist like I have with DR. SILVERSTEIN. He and his team are phenomenal in every way. My mouth is a complicated mess. Its small, difficult to work on and needs a lot of work. Every single step of the way I have been assured by everyone that it will be okay, and the pain under control. I feel safe. I feel heard. I feel cared about and I will never seek another dental office for as long as I live. He isn't allowed to die or leave haha. But seriously, I recommend this office to everyone I know, even if its a distance. It is well worth the drive. Please dont overlook this office.

I'm so pleased with Dr.Silverstein, and his staff, very friendly and caring they don't rush you, they take time to answer all questions, I was greeted by Kristi at front desk very friendly, and then Emma came got me, she did x-rays was very caring to make sure I was comfortable at the machine, also Emma got my bottom denture fitted where 2 other dentist offices couldn't do. I would definitely recommend Adam's Dairy Dental, I would not go by someone else's review, cause these people were super great.

Great first time experience! Just moved to Independence, MO from out of state. Dr Silverstein was highly recommended by friends. Tabby(the hygienist)did a great job cleaning my teeth and completing the x-rays needed. She explained everything she was doing. Dr Silverstein has excellent “patient/dr” skills in friendliness; communication skills; and in listening to any concerns I had. Definitely a 5 star experience!

The biggest reason I continue to come back to this office is because of the wonderful ladies at the front desk. They are incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and they have always made me feel comfortable and never judged—especially when it comes to something as personal and sometimes embarrassing as having dental issues and wearing a denture. Their compassion really means a lot to me.nnThe staff who assist in the back are also very nice and professional, and I appreciate the care they provide.nnMy one area of frustration is that I sometimes feel there is a lot of pressure to consider additional treatments or services, even after explaining that financially, I simply can't take on any additional expenses. I completely understand that the dentist wants to provide the best possible care and explain all of my options, but I would appreciate a little less pressure once I've made it clear what I can and cannot afford.nnOverall, I've had a good experience, and the kindness and understanding of the office staff are a huge reason I continue to choose this practice. They truly make an otherwise difficult experience much easier.
